Trail Overview
Please Note: A Piney Rail Riders membership or day pass is required to drive this trail. The trail is designated for dirt bikes, quads, trikes, side by sides, argos, snowmobiles, horses, dual sport bikes, and go karts. Trucks, jeeps, and vehicles designed for on-road driving that are converted for off-road purposes are not permitted. When in doubt, please ask. This is an old railroad bed that a local club leases and maintains. It's gravel for the most part, with some hill climbs and water holes along the way. The bridges can be scary for anyone afraid of heights, and can be avoided by parking at Limestone instead of the Piney Trailhead. The local club often hosts events and rides; it's worth joining the club to support what they are doing. Their contact info can be found on their website at pineyrailriders.org.
