Trail Overview
This is a dirt-based forest road that is narrow and one vehicle wide with places to pass. There is a small amount of gravel mixed into the trail, some potholes you will want to avoid, and minor ruts and washouts less than a foot deep. You will also encounter some very minor rock garden sections that are a little bumpy, but overall this is an easy trail that is suitable for any vehicle type. The trail travels through dense coastal forest and occasionally opens up to give you views of the surrounding ridges. The trail dead ends at a nice campsite back in the forest away from the main road. There are no amenities along the trail, and cell phone service was weak, so travel prepared. The nearest services and supplies are over a half hour away in McMinnville.
