Bob Straub Beach Trail

This is a 3-mile section of beach starting from Pacific Avenue. The entrance is right off the road, but the sand can be soft, and inexperienced drivers often get stuck a bit of a climber. Exiting is more complex than entering. Head south from this point, as motorized access is restricted to the north. Wet and dry sand are both available to drive on;4x4 is recommended, especially in the dry sand. This is open to street-legal vehicles only, and signs will mark where vehicle access areas end.
