Trail Overview

Trail 23 is an easy, curvy route winding through sagebrush fields with a mix of sand and dirt and frequent large whoops. The trail passes through sparse ponderosa pines with full sun exposure and maintains a mostly flat or gently rolling profile, with a few small hills. A brief wooded section introduces slightly steeper grades and more rocks, but it remains manageable for most riders. The route also includes a cattle grate crossing and ends at a dirt road. Several signed trail crossings are present along the way, providing clear warnings and aiding in navigation.
