Trail Overview

Welcome to the Wayne National Forest Superior OHV Trail System. Wayne National Forest OHV trails require a trail pass that can be purchased from Forest headquarters or local vendors. All trails are limited to a width of 50 inches or less. All trails are two-way. As the name suggests, the trail connects the trailhead parking lot to the main trail system. This trail is winding with some minor elevation changes. The trailhead offers ample parking. This trail ends at the highway crossing. After crossing the road, the trail becomes the Grizzly Trail and is marked as such on the southern end.

Difficulty

There is always a chance of downed trees on the trail. Turns and hills are blind. Beware of riders coming the other direction. Stop, look, and listen before attempting challenging sections.
