Anderson Meadows

Right off of Highway 93 South, as you turn into Wayne National Forest and wildlife preserve, you'll enter a part known as Anderson Meadows. With multiple pull-off spots that have most of the beautiful lookouts that open up to many different meadows and wildlife that is native to the area. From multiple lookouts to creek beds flowing along the roadsides, this small piece of nature has a lot to offer and see. This mostly gravel road has some deep, mucky ruts to enjoy and get a bit dirty. As you take the right at the fork, continuing down Anderson Meadows down a curvy road that takes you right through the center of the preserve. You'll come upon a creek crossing that has washed out part of the road. Moving loose rocks and trees make continuing though impossible.
