Nelson Ridge - FS 351

Nelson Ridge - FS 351 is an easy out-and-back trail that wanders through the Nantahala National Forest. The first 2 miles have been freshly graded and are wide enough for 2 vehicles. After that, it becomes a single-width trail. There is minimal cell service, and seasonal closures are in effect from 01/01-03/31, so plan accordingly. There is a large turnaround at the end.
