This is a fun trail. My stock SR5 4runner had no trouble with the ruts in the trail and although I could have definitely aired down my tires for an easier ride, it wasn't really necessary. It has scenic views, some minor challenges, but mostly, it was just a nice ride with no other vehicles. Will be riding again in the fall.

Very nice ride this morning. The northern section of this trail gets tight. It is basically a one lane road with bidirectional traffic. So, be extra careful on those outside turns. We had two separate occasions that we were very close to a head on collision with dual sport bikes. The weather was great. We even found a small waterfall near one of the campsites.

Trail was open - few riders out with the light rain. Road was totally open. A few spots were slick with the clay surface.

Great drive through the mountains, any SUV with moderate clearance will have no issues. Two downed trees, broke one down for easier passage the other will need a chainsaw. Both are driven around but driving over limbs.

Dry and easy to navigate. A couple of mostly cleared downed trees were no trouble on a motorcycle. Very pleasant roadside camping along the way.

Lots of motorbikes out but i only saw a couple other folks driving north as I headed south. Couple small puddles, beautiful day. There are some small rocky parts but easy in a bronco, heck even a highly motivated rental car would do great on this road :)

Really good shape today. Stopped and pulled a few branches off the road. A little mud in the regular areas.

Nice easy trail with some great views. No traffic. A few bank slides along the way that were marked with orange fencing. Still passable. A couple nice small waterfalls.

Route is very easy to navigate. A couple small puddles and ruts but no need for 4wd. Some nice views and small water falls. Nice Sunday afternoon stroll.

A few puddles but never needed 4wd. Saw a few pickups, about 10 dirt bikes and adventure bikes and 2 gravel bikes.
