Trail Overview

The Pitcher Pond Trail is a smooth, out-and-back dirt road featuring tight sections lined with trees and sensitive vegetation that gets tougher and rougher the further down the trail you go. The trail terminates at a parking area equipped with a picnic table and a car-top boat launch for Pitcher Pond. While motorized access concludes at this point, the trail continues beyond the parking area and remains a popular route for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. The end of the trail offers limited space for turning around, which can be challenging for full-size rigs. While it is possible to maneuver, I would not recommend attempting this route with a trailer.
