Trail Overview

This is a rough seasonal road frequented by local 4X4 enthusiasts. The trail starts at County Route 16 and continues through to Hornby Road in Beaver Dams. Just down Hornby Road is Beaver Dams Powersports and 5 miles from the trail is a Dandy Mart. This trail features several mud holes on either side of the road. The trail is a mixture of gravel, dirt, thick mud, and water-filled mudholes.

Difficulty

There are optional deep mud holes on either side of the trail in places. These would be good fun in a 4X4, but too deep to pass an ADV bike. The middle of the trail features ruts and mud that are around 12 inches deep.

Wasn’t sure I could get up and through some sections, running 30 inch tires on an unlifted truck but didn’t get stuck once, 10/10 trail

Great ride with a few deep mud pits. 4WD and mud tires are a must. 12-16in deep mud with no room to go around. Deepest water ~8in. Room to go around some of the deeper water.

Be careful of deep water, almost pulled me under. Trail is fun, didn’t have a chainsaw to take care of the downed tree.

Fun trial. Deep ruts and mud holes over 12”. High clearance vehicle necessary. Very fun in a lifted Jeep

Definitely a good place to visit. Some places are deep and muddy, might be a challenge for vehicles that don't have high clearance. Overall a very good experience.

This road was in its normal shape, rough, muddy, and deep water holes. Some of the holes have gotten deeper over the year. Definitely requires high clearance 4x4 if you don't want to hit your undercarriage.
