Trail Overview

This is a gravel road with many camping spots with some hiking trailheads. It is easily accessible by suv and maybe even a car. It is a great scenic view of the river both on the way to the trail and while on the trail. There are multiple gates that are closed depending on snow levels. It is not maintained in winter months.

Mainly a Dirt road. Many camping spots long the way. A few areas are wide enough for two vehicles but mostly just one vehicle at a time. Nearby River many people camping and fishing.

Perfect conditions in the dry with limited dust after the morning rain. Air down optional. A few sharp rocks and potholes, so be aware if your vehicle isn't offroad specific. A few tight spots where only one car width fits. Otherwise, very pleasant and great road for beginners.
