Trail Overview

This a well-traveled paper company road. A lot of spur roads venture off the main road with a lot of beautiful views. There aren't a lot of signs with directions, so an updated app is a huge help. Some washouts are along the way, but they're passable with almost any 4WD vehicle.

Difficulty

The trail is extremely dusty on a dry day. There are a few small washouts, and most are marked with some sort of caution.

Drove from Route 27 to Tim Pass Loop today. Road is all ice but in good condition. Tim Pass Loop is under seasonal closure with a posted sign until June 1, 2026.
