Trail Overview

This is a pretty easy route that can be ridden on an ATV or a 4WD. There are a couple of challenging hills but it's a good beginner route with an experienced guide. This trail starts at the dreaded trailhead and ends at Chris Angel's Restaurant BLP. You must cross a state route in Overton, Nevada, and drive on back roads to and from the Restaurant.

We hoped on here from the Mormon mesa trail. Some of this one is pavement then it turned into a graded dirt road. There’s cows along the trail and pretty views.

Once you leave the powerlines, the road becomes very rough and as you climb out of the valley, it’s single lane 35 inch. Tires and lift would be very helpful not recommended for stock.

There are some steep switchbacks on this trail, one that is marked sxs/atv only - a jeep/zr2 can do - but it's tight - if you zoom in on this section of trail you can see that it's been tagged as sxs, atv only ... i learned the hard way, made it - but it was def white knuckles...and conditions were optimal.
