East Fork Bertie Lord

This trail departs from the end of the #13314 road and connects to the Bertie Lord Cut Across Road #5786. Travel either way on the #5786 road will eventually lead back to the East Fork Highway. The trail itself travels through an interesting mixture of conifers and bushes and the tread is very narrow. Traveling through this dense growth promotes a feeling of intimacy with nature. It is an interesting ride, made even more enjoyable by some irregularities in the tread. This trail is designated for 50" ATVs and Dirt Bikes only.
