Trail Overview

This is an easy, well-maintained gravel road within the Mark Twain Forest with just a few bumps and puddles, but after severe weather storms, there is the possibility of fallen trees. The trail offers great scenery as well as wildlife and lots of offshoots to explore, with a bit more difficulty, and with camping opportunities.

This is a maintained gravel road, but has the possibility after storms for there to be trees and some erosion on the road.

Some puddles and holes but overall wide and well packed. Easily completed in most vehicles. Lots of camping offshoots although the entrances we often very muddy.

Wide, well packed, clear road. Big turnaround at the end. Some standing water at turnaround. Easily traversible. Junk dumped at turnaround. We associate it with an old jeep power wheel that used to be dumped at the end.
