Trail Overview

This route is very well maintained and nearly wide enough in many sections for two vehicles to pass comfortably. The surface is smooth and consistent, making for an easy and relaxed drive. Along the route, there are several designated pull-off areas suitable for dispersed camping. You’ll encounter a handful of puddles along the way after recent rainfall, with one that is noticeably deeper than the others. However, it typically has a firm, hard-packed bottom without hidden rocks or obstacles.

Easy open road. Large 6-8 inch deep puddle in one spot but it had a hard packed bottom so not a problem.

Well packed, wide open road. Large campsite with fire ring in first half mile. Ends halfway with a large water crossing. Too big for this car. Looks like a giant puddle/small pond stretching across the road.
