Trail Overview
This trail is a well-maintained red and brown gravel road that winds through dense forest, offering a mostly smooth driving surface. However, there are occasional potholes and sections of corrugation. The route features several ascents and descents, crossing over a few creeks, with informal parking areas located nearby. The trail eventually reaches a large intersection that provides access to the town of Finland, as well as Isabella Lake and Crooked Lake. Several side trails branch off from the main route, although most of these are overgrown and are designated for ATVs or side-by-sides. Drivers should remain cautious of local traffic, especially near junctions and water crossings. Further along the trail, there is a lake access point with parking and a small adjacent camp located directly beside the road. This site features a fire ring and picnic table, but it offers no additional amenities.
