Trail Overview

Greenwald Run is a classic Minnesota woods trail featuring a narrow dirt track winding through a mix of dense forest and open straight sections. Mostly smooth dirt tread allows for good flow with enough embedded rocks/roots, occasional downed trees, and ruts to keep the ride engaging. Visibility can be limited by vegetation in the denser woods sections.

There aren't any major obstacles on this route, but riders should expect the typical roots, rocks, and shallow ruts that are common throughout much of the rest of the system and Minnesota as a whole.
