Trail Overview

This trail begins as a mostly straight, corrugated gravel road that transitions into a winding path as it approaches the end near a small lake and a few private residences. The route takes you through a quiet mix of open fields and shaded forest, with stretches that feel remote and others that pass close to farmhouses and homesteads. As you near the lake, you'll notice a sign indicating "residents only." While the road itself is not officially private, the sign makes it clear that access beyond that point may not be welcomed by locals. It's important to slow down when driving past the houses, particularly the farm properties located near the middle of the trail, out of respect for the residents. This trail does not offer any formal or dispersed camping options, and there are no facilities along the way, such as water sources or waste bins. Cell service may be limited depending on your location and provider.
