Trail Overview

Walker Trail is a great trail but with water, it is very challenging. We entered the Pins trailhead and this will take you to multiple trails. The trail has rock and mud. At the halfway point you will come across deep ruts and with water it's challenging. Do not wheel alone. The trail also can be tight in some spots so please be careful and have fun.

I rated this trail a 5 due to the deep ruts and with water you need to be careful and choose your line wisely.

This was a very tight trail for a stock Bronco Sasquatch. A few times we were rubbing 2 tires on the opposite side at the same time. The water holes are fairly deep. It came to the bottom of our grill and part way up the spare tire. This doesn’t seem to be a very ATV/dirtbike friendly trail as most of the holes will easily swamp small rigs. If you’re in a full size vehicle watch out for some of the bypasses as they are often made for SXS or ATV. The bottoms of the water holes are rock, so no worries about getting mired. However there’s a lot of hidden rocks in the holes. We scratched a wheel on one at some point. Didn’t know it happened though.

This trail was a ton of fun! Very muddy and wet and very large rocks. Trails are uneven and rough but we took it slow. Was a challenging trail which was exciting. Lots of turns and shallow water holes. Tree limbs do hang low.

Ran this trail from east to west, very tight at the start, very rutted/muddy/deep water in the middle-did have to winch, but then eases out and moves more to rocky bottom towards the west end. Earned some panel damage unfortunately.

Trail had some pretty rough areas for a stock 2024 Jeep JLU Willys but we made it through. There were spots where the water was around 1-1 1/2 foot deep but had solid bottoms to them. I am an unexperienced off roader but was able to maneuver this trail. There were spots where we thought we should turn around but my Jeep handled it with no problem. There were also plenty of side trails to go around some of the questionable water holes.

Muddy, rutted, single track through the woods. There were multiple mud puddles. Middle of trail has deep ruts, but there is a bypass by crossing over fallen logs. The trail offers places to pass and park to stretch legs. The trail is pretty level.
