Trail Overview

Michigan DNR ORV Route - open to full-size vehicles, 50 inches, and 24-inch with ORV and trail permits. The route is mostly sand with rolling hills and occasional mud or standing water. The trail passes through a heavily wooded area but offers scenic views in multiple places. Expect travel to be more difficult in the winter with snow.

Difficulty

The trail consists of mostly deep loose sand and offers some short but difficult climbs for some vehicles. Winter will consist of possibly deep snow and travel could be much more challenging.

Great trail but there is deep sand and some fun but challenging sandy hills. We were on larger dual sport dirt bikes (KTM 690 Enduro R) which was not the best choice for this deep sand.
