Trail Overview

This trail can be found between Peaceful Camping Trail and Coster Road Southwest. Entering from the south, the trail is wooded and dirt, but it quickly turns into a narrow grassy trail between short pine trees. The trail continues through a section with ferns before coming to the downed tree and swampy portion of the trail. The creek crossing has a soft bottom, but momentum and traction are key to making it through. On the other side of the creek, the trail splits, crossing from Missaukee County into the Traverse City Forest Management. The trail crosses a powerline trail before continuing to Coster Road Southwest. There are other trails in the area. This area would be beautiful in any season. Accessed the trail on 7/26/2025.
