NFS 6641/6041 (LP 320-3)

NFS 6641/6041 (LP 320-3) is a beautiful and easy loop trail located within the Manistee National Forest. Sweeping through the forest around sandy berms, trudging through mud holes, you're sure to find a great time. Most of the trail is comprised of dirt and sand. Like most of Michigan trails, conditions are dependent on the weather. Recent rainfall can cause unfavorable conditions on the trail, including downed trees, mud holes, and washouts. Come prepared. Most of this trail is only wide enough for one vehicle, with limited places to pass. Along the track, you'll find a dispersed campsite. If you do partake in using it, PLEASE TREAD LIGHTLY! Regardless of the conditions, this is a spectacular trail that leads to several other great nearby trails!
