Kalkaska Route South ORV Loop

This trail is a beautiful loop off Riverview SE that will take you through a beautiful new forest. The terrain is soft sand the entire way, so expect to find some sand holes and banked corners as you travel. The trail width is mostly 1 full-sized vehicle width with a couple of snug spots. You'll find remnants of a recent forest harvest as well as the tree replant to view. Off in the distance, you'll see elevation changes which make for a nice view past the fields.
