Inner Dogman Trail

The Inner Dogman Trail runs through the Cadillac Management Unit as a full-width, two-track style route. The surface is mostly hard-packed dirt with some sandy sections and the potential for mud after heavy rain. Narrow areas with overhanging branches may cause scratches on full-size vehicles. The trail borders the Baldwin Luther Swamp, offering opportunities to see wildlife along with scenic views. It also crosses the Little Manistee ORV Route, where extra caution is needed since traffic can move through at high speeds without a posted limit.
