Trail Overview
Forest Service Road 5411 begins across Saddler Road from 7817. Here, the two-track trail is a gravel surface before quickly turning into dirt. There is potential for washout areas after rainstorms. The trail passes through a cut with trees before coming out in a field filled with ferns. There are many deciduous trees with pine trees mixed in. The forest is old, with painted lines on the trees for logging. The two-track trail meanders through more woods and another cut. As the trail weaves through the woods, there are sections of the trail that can be tight, and branches can reach out and touch the vehicle. There is a tree near the end of the trail that has a unique split in its trunk. There is a split in the trail towards another trail that isn't open to motorized vehicles.
