Trail Overview

This trail requires four-wheel drive and offers a mix of sand, dirt, and 4 to 6-inch round rocks, with occasional 12 to 24-inch-deep mud holes. On the east side, there is a sign that reads “No Littering,” where parking allows access to a short quarter-mile hike down to Lower Alder Falls, an impressive 80-foot waterfall. The trail narrows from one and a half vehicles wide to tighter sections on the west side, and it includes a rustic bridge crossing over Alder Creek.

Trail was fun and in good shape. The pictures of "No Vehicle" signs are for a small foot path that leads to the Adler waterfalls. I'd suggest stopping to look at them as they're a great stop on this trail.
