This trail is just under 5 miles long. The start can be found at M66. This is an easy riding trail with little elevation change. The forest changes a bit within these 5 miles. One area has quite a few Birch trees, including a few very mature Birch trees. This is uncommon to see in Michigan, as there was a bug infestation in the early 1990's that almost devastated the Birch tree population. This trail intertwines with a motorcycle trail and also becomes a snowmobile trail in the winter months. See the Michigan DNR Where to Ride website for restriction details.
