Trail Overview
This is an old oil pipeline service road that is very muddy and overgrown in vegetarian but is frequently run by locals. If you're looking for a muddy trail, this is the one for you. Mud holes 12-20inches deep in the summer months, could be a lot deeper in wetter months. Great scenic trail by all means; great combination trail as you're working your way to Four Seam Pond or to Wells Fork.
Difficulty
This route requires vehicles equipped with a minimum 35-inch-size tire, winch, recovery points, and gear, as this trail can easily change over time. The depths of the mud holes you will encounter give this route its difficulty. One mud hole in particular is extremely deep (2- 3 ft deep) but has a bypass around it over an old pipeline; this will put you in an off-camber situation, so being careful on the throttle would be wise.
