Trail Overview

The park has this trail rated as a green. Be very careful on this one because there has been a lot of erosion in this section, and the maintenance crew has cleaned it up with a dozer. It has a few switchbacks that could be treacherous when wet or snow-covered. However, once you make your descent into the woods below, you are greeted with a very cool and shaded area of the park. This will give you some relief from the hot sun if you are riding on a warm summer day. You will be riding through and beside creeks throughout the entirety of this track. It is wide enough for 2-way traffic in most places, and the trail makes one final descent into a potentially deep creek crossing and ends on Highway 1098.
