Trail Overview

The Crunch is located between the Rocky Ridge and the Timber Hill Area of the park. It is the first trail on the right when coming from the office on West Bottoms. At one end it connects with West Bottoms and at the other end it connects to Jeremys Jaunt

Difficulty

This trail is a combination of loose rock with plenty of dirt throughout it. This trail will be slick during and after rainfall. When approaching the rock ledge obstacle there is a tree in the middle that will make you pick left or right. Either side of the tree is a rock ledge with the right side being the smaller rock ledge of up to 18 inches. The left is a rock ledge up to 3 feet tall.
