Trail Overview

This trail is generally mild and easy to navigate, making it accessible to most 4WD vehicles. However, it is noticeably overgrown in several sections, with branches and brush reaching into the path. Drivers should expect potential pinstriping, especially on wider rigs or those with fresh paint. The terrain remains mostly smooth, but toward one end of the trail, there is a slight off-camber descent that leans the vehicle as it drops into a connecting route. While this tilt may feel uneasy for some, it remains manageable with proper line choice and slow, controlled movement.

History

This park was formerly known as Sandy Bottoms, and longtime visitors may still refer to it by that name. The access road and staging area have evolved over time, but it remains a well-known local spot for off-road events and community rides.
