Redbird Trail 5

Trail 5 is located in Redbird State Recreational Area (Linton, IN), a 1.5-hour drive from Indianapolis, IN. Redbird State Recreational Area is a state-owned and maintained offroad park. Trail 5 is mildly flat with slight elevation changes. There is a picnic area on the trail where you can take in the views of nature and a small pond. When the trails at Redbird are wet, the trail increases in difficulty rating to a 4-5. If you choose some optional challenges, there are a few challenging hills and ravines next to this trail with deep mud holes that will swallow 35" tires, so be careful. Trail 5 is 0.7 miles long, which will take you less than 15 minutes to complete. The trail does not have cell service, so download offline maps before you run the trail.
