Trail Overview

Bee Camp Road was a dirt road that winds around Bee Camp Creek with nice views and will have washouts and water crossings along this route. On our way to Bee Camp road, we ran across an overhang and with heavy rain can have running water. I think this route would be nice in the fall.

I did this trail in a stock Subaru crosstrek. It was mostly rocks. Really cool trail but I would not do it an a non AWD suv or any stock height sedan. Most non “mini” trucks could do it. A Toyota 4 runner could also do it. I would not do this in anything lower than a crosstrek

Great leisure ride. Some fun creek crossing. Nothing serious at all. Fun for the family!

The creek was up from recent rain and snow melt and the trail was nice and wet. There were several water crossings that were probably several inches higher than they would have been in dryer conditions, but no one in our group had any problems crossings them. The gravel got a little rough and shook us pretty good at the very end on the climb out. Overall, it was a fun trail and didn't seem to take long to run.

Very easy. It is a public road. There are some wash out. It’s fun, but you don’t really need 4 x 4 or a lift to get through it. The other picture posted by the other user showing a giant rock photo opportunity does not exist here. That picture is incredibly misleading and annoying. Do not drive here if you’re expecting awesome views. It actually only takes 5 to 10 minutes to drive down. Nowhere near the 30 minutes listed.

it begins as a gravel road then narrows to a single lane bridge and then you go into a bunch of rocks and some mediocre creek crossings it pretty fun and a great beginner trail bring your kids and show them how to trail ride!

Creek beds were dry, and just a tad steep. Only had to engage 4WD once. Overall pretty simple, but only one vehicle wide, with a few areas for passing.

Ledges on upper part of trail have been filled in with gravel, probably due to construction at Southern exit of trail that may prevent residents from leaving that direction. Creek crossings had very little water in them, but still a fun trail to run.

N to S. Not challenging, mostly downhill. Unmaintained gravel road with very light ruts. Creek crossings were maybe an inch in depth tops. Fun if you’re new to the scene like me. Stayed in 2 wheel the entire time. Would love to tackle this S to N after some light rain. Stock clearance 98’ Durango on 31” Falken Wildpeaks
