Trail Overview

This is a much shorter but more challenging route to the top of Slate Creek. There are many rock ledges to go over, off-cambers to navigate, and rock sections to clear. None are overly difficult if in a lifted vehicle, but I would not take a stock-height truck on this route.

Nice option to get off the graded roads and hit something a little more fun. Definitely not a 4, a 2 in most spots, maybe a 3. This trail was wet when everything else we were on so fast was super dry- so I’m sure it would get exciting in the rain or after snow melt.
