Horse Ridge Clop Clop

Combination of dirt and gravel trail that twists through the forest with distant views out to Lake Hayden. There are a couple of dispersed campsites on the side of the trail. There is also one dispersed campsite just off the main trail that is a short 4x4 high clearance drive out to a spot on the ridge with a view down the valley to the lake below. Some intermittent service along the trail. The main trail has some decent size potholes and could prove to be a bit muddy after a good rain or in the spring with snow is melting. This trail is not maintained in winter. This trail can also be linked up to make a larger loop trail. Take Horse Ridge Trial to this trail, Hayden Lake Divide to Fernan Saddle come to make a complete loop.
