Trail Overview

This is a 2.8-mile-long easy 50" trail through the Canfield Trail System near Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. It has no obstacles, just smooth wide dirt going through a pine tree forest. There are a few old logs down that have been cut, but there's always the potential for more downfall in the early season. There was one log down that needed to be cut for ATVs. It oscillates between dark forest sections and wide open terrain with loose gravel. It's fun for ATVs but is pretty much just a transfer trail for dirt bikes. It has water bars going across the trail to prevent erosion that has created little rollers to jump off of. It ends at a 3-way intersection on another two-track that will take you to ATV trail 1562.
