Trail Overview

Forest Service Road marked 1449 off the main road out of Clarkia. Easy rocky dirt ride, any high clearance vehicle could go. 4-mile up and back route. You can go further if you have a 50' and want to go around Potlatch gate. Cedar forest on both sides of the road. If you go in July, watch for huckleberries to pick.
