Trail Overview
Emigration #3359 is a 2.6-mile-long ATV trail that begins at the north end on a wide, rocky path with no trail sign marking the start of its 50-inch designation. The initial section is filled with large embedded rocks in the surface that create a slower, bumpier ride, though they do not present significant technical difficulty. The trail features big waterbars, shallow and small ruts, and scattered dips as it winds through a mix of pine forest and open meadows. It also passes by a swampy pond and includes sections with small loose rock, though the wide path and consistent grade keep these areas manageable. The first mile is a semi-steep ascent, followed by a 1.5-mile descent that maintains a similar grade before the trail ends at Highway 36 across from the Emigration Winter Sports Parking Area. The north end connects to the #3358 ATV trail.
Difficulty
This is an easy trail due to its gradual grade, wide layout, and lack of technical obstacles. While embedded and loose rocks add texture, the overall difficulty remains low and ideal for riders with an average skill base.
