Trail Overview
Muskrat Creek Road is a 5-mile dirt road starting from Old CCC Camp Road, restricted to street-legal vehicles--no OHVs or ATVs. The road is narrow with low-hanging branches and may not be suitable for RVs or high-clearance vehicles, despite being generally easy to drive. Expect a one-vehicle width with blind corners, shallow side ruts, and occasional embedded rocks. At a 3-way intersection, you can access Windy Gap Trailhead. The road narrows further past the intersection, becomes more uneven with rain ruts, and sees less traffic heading north. A downed tree was present, but passable. The road ends at an intersection with trails 218 A and B.

Difficulty
This is a 2 difficulty due to its narrow nature as it is single lane. It also has some ruts that will require some articulation. 2WD should be fine, but ideally with some clearance.
