Upper C34

If getting away from it all is your primary interest, C34 is a remote and rugged trail in the northwest corner of Blackwater River State Forest. Expect tight, overgrown sections that worsen the farther north you travel, with heavy brush causing unavoidable pinstriping. Deep ruts and water holes are frequent and often unavoidable due to narrow conditions. Progress is slow with limited turnaround options. The trail occasionally opens into small clearings suitable for dispersed camping. Best suited for experienced drivers with well-equipped vehicles prepared for recovery and self-sufficient travel.
