Trail Overview

This road has seasonal closures to keep the wildlife preserved. There is camping and amazing views of rolling hills, as well as some hiking trails. It does get extremely muddy when wet and has some sections of road that are very tight and rocky; it is not recommended for 2WD vehicles or wide wheelbase. Dirt or rocky road, typically unmaintained after rain or snow. You may encounter shallow water crossings and obstacles under 12" on the trail, including small ledges. Roads are typically one to two vehicles wide.

I’d give this a 3 rating considering this trail also includes Antelope and Deep Gultch trails. There is no clear ending to this trail. OnX takes you to a dirt bike only trail... So you either turn around and leave the way you came or you get on Antelope and take it to Deep Gultch. Steers Gultch wasn’t bad at all. Antelope and Deep were washed out, pretty rocky, and required a spotter in a few spots. OnX makes things more complicated by suggesting you take roads that don’t exist. Took us roughly 4 hrs

The trail was easy, a few small muddy spots, the forest and views were nice.
