Silver Dollar Road

The trail begins in a parking lot with signage regarding the road as well as wildlife in the area. This is a dirt road that is very well-maintained and used to access the Silver Dollar Lake Hiking Trail. Once you pass the informative signage, the road becomes single-track, continuously gaining elevation until you reach the end, which is a locked gate leading to Private Property. 4WD is necessary if there has been precipitation in the area. There are roughly 5 dispersed camping sites on this road. There is very limited parking at the trailhead for the hike. The bottom of the road has adequate parking; there is also an overflow lot as needed.
