Parallel Road - FS 861B

Parallel Road runs along the border of Badger Flats State Trust Land and allows access to public hunting land with one camp spot at the end. The road is comprised of hard-packed dirt. The western half is very easy to travel, but beyond the intersection with The Dip Road, Parallel Road is less traveled and becomes somewhat rougher. There is one section that will require high clearance. You'll be surrounded by beautiful views along the east half, and cell service is available the entire way. The trail comes to an end with a locked gate for the State Trust Land boundary; special regulations apply.
