Trail Overview

Bull Gulch is a fun and moderately challenging single track in the Texas Creek Recreation Area. It starts at a pinch point on BLM Route 6065 and enters a dirt trail going through a ravine. It goes tightly between the bushes and pine tree, with big boulders embedded into the trail that you have to ride over. There are very tall ledges, and it comes up to a big rutted spot with embedded boulders that make small ledges that you have to descend down. You keep snaking through the bottom of a ravine, that is a mix of dirt and loose rock, with more embedded boulders. After 1.3 miles, it ends on the 6061 ATV trail. It's the only single track in the area, so it's fun for dirt bikers to check out the rock features.
