Trail Overview
This set of trails in the Bocco Mountain recreation area is a tight and twisty singletrack in a low alpine terrain made up of pinyon pine, pine trees and sage brush. It departs from 8501C and becomes a very curvy trail and switches back up the mountainside with wide sweeping curves and tight turns in the pine trees. It passes a couple ravines that are a bit washed out of the side of the trail that you need to look out for. The trail is narrow, but not too difficult, probably two feet wide. The trail is mostly smooth dirt but has tons of brake bumps that make the hill climbs more difficult. It gets on top of the mountain and follows along the rim of the mountain right on the side. Stay right at the intersection with 8501E and 8501G. 8501E looks more ridden than 8501G, but they both connect back up later. Then it comes to an intersection with 8501EG and F at a wooden fence post and you can take either trail to extend your ride. This is overall a moderately easy trail. There are a few rocks in the trail and small roots that are dry, but no big ledges or obstacles.

This is a moderately easy trail with mild challenges such as very steep inclines, loose rocks and roots, but no significant rock ledges or obstacles.
