Trail Overview

This challenging trail climbs steeply onto a plateau before becoming increasingly rocky and technical. The trail has 8–10-inch ruts, narrow sections, and rock gardens, with ledges increasing from 5–8 inches to 12–14 inches farther in. Around 3 miles, the trail becomes extremely tight and cliffside, requiring you to maneuver around and over 2–3 foot-tall boulders and rock obstacles while carefully choosing your line to avoid body damage. Pinstriping is highly likely unless you have a very narrow vehicle. The trail ends at approximately 3.6 miles where large boulders block further travel. 4WD is required, and traveling with a group and spotters is highly recommended.
