Trail Overview

This is a beautiful, scenic route that offers a great contrast in views, looking out over Silverwood Lake on one side and the vast high desert on the other. The trail has a fun, natural flow and takes you through some nicely wooded areas that provide plenty of cool shade—a welcome break from the sun. It’s a peaceful stretch of trail that feels a bit more secluded thanks to the heavy tree cover and the constant backdrop of the lake.

Difficulty

The difficulty is generally low, but it can get tricky depending on the trail conditions. Keep an eye out for downed trees and deep ruts carved into the dirt, which can definitely raise the challenge. As long as you’re picking your lines carefully through the rougher spots, it’s a very manageable and rewarding ride.
