Quarry Road 6N19

Trail open and in good condition.

Gate is open. Rowler OHV singletrack trail across the street is closed on Bouquet Canyon road. Parking was completely packed and road was being heavily used due to Rowler closure.

Did this trail on my Honda atc 200es and was very difficult due to heavy incline with boulders and large rocks. Definitely easier for a fully suspended quad or dirt bike.

We took the trail to the right (heads east- see pic), and went on the off shoot trails. 4x4 with high clearance needed. Hit 21% off camber and pinstriped pretty bad in a few places. Badlands with 33’s - no mods- made it thru. If you stay on the main trail it’s super easy. Looks graded recently. The highest view of the reservoir is off the main trail and straight up one of two ways. Main trail a 3 at most. The off shoot trails- easily 6 in some places and one hill looked 30% grade with 3 ft drop off if I couldn’t hold the line, so we Uturned. Great views, great trail. Lot of people out every time we go so be cautious of oncoming traffic.

Fun little trail to test out some new tries. High clearance 4x4 definitely necessary due to some steep inclines and ruts. Near 30grade inclines @ some spots. Nothing a good 4x4 can’t handle tho. I ran 22psi the whole way to keep the family comfortable. Went from quarry rd then left on del sur ridge towards bouquet canyon rd. I often took the wrong route because I was so distracted on how nice the scenic views were @ sunset lol.

Relatively easy climb/descents, should be no problem for most stock 4x4. Fun scenic trail. Its the North passage for Del Sur Ridge.
