Trail Overview
This is a 4-mile-long easy singletrack in the Burlington Trail System. The entrance off of FS 32-004 starts out as a wide corridor between the trees, more like an old shelf road, as it gradually descends down to the intersection with #9. Continuing clockwise, it goes through a narrow corridor between the dogwood trees, with overgrown branches. It has a couple steeper hill climbs and descents, a small rocky ravine crossing, plus a shelfier section as it side-hills along the rolling hillside. After the intersection with #66, it continues as a tight and winding singletrack, continuously curving through the trees with sharp switchbacks and big hairpin corners. It's mostly smooth dirt with a few embedded roots here and there, and very minor intermittent loose rock. There were a lot of downed logs to the side of the trail, but the trail was clear of any log obstacles as this is a highly maintained area and most logs will likely get cut.
